Sugar Shack – A Masonry Experience for Grade 3-5 (Feb 18)

This hands-on building challenge will introduce learners and educators to techniques and vocabulary needed in this iconic skilled trade. Learners will build sugar shacks with “bricks and mortar”, exploring the skills and craftsmanship that masons implement in their everyday work.
